Producing a wide range of exquisite and flavour-some vegetables and fruit using chemical free growing methods, the Menu is thrilled to be able to so readily access the produce of yet another splendid local grower. These little flavour bombs taste as tomatoes should, a refreshing mouthful of summer sweetness.

At Bastion we have used food for humans growers for the past number of years now, in that time we have had nothing but pristine produce every time.
Our first hook was his tomatoes….oh the tomatoes, but we quickly realized all his produce is like an amplified version of themselves.
This comes from Stephens passion for his produce, ability to understand his terroir, and like us not accepting second best.
